A lot of people ask me how to start their own yoga & meditation practice. I like to set up for success by making life easy...have your yoga clothes, mat and space ready and that's the first hurdle. Why not light a candle too, to make the space feel sacred.
Then try out a few postures, not worrying whether they are right or wrong. If it feels right, it often is.
